Tuition and Registration Fees

Tuition payments can be flexible and affordable. For those paying monthly, payments will be due on the 1st of each month and the annual payment is divided into 10 equal payments. An interview will be scheduled with parents/guardians who are more than 30 days overdue in paying tuition. An overdue balance of more than 3 months could result in a student’s dismissal from the school Tuition for students beginning during the course of the year will be prorated according to the portion of each semester they will be attending. For example, a child who enters at week seven (7) in any semester would be attending 12 out of 18 weeks of that semester and would pay two-thirds (2/3) of the tuition for that semester. It is recommended that first time parents/guardians pay monthly instead of for the semester or for the year. Our desire is that HCA be “a fit” for you and your child and that takes time to know if the enrollment of the student meets parental expectations.
